The Powerduction 220LG is a high-power 22 kW industrial bolt inductor, designed for rapid and controlled heating of metal components without an open flame. Thanks to the water-cooled system and robust construction (1180 × 800 × 600 mm, 141 kg), the device is exceptionally suitable for intensive applications. Typical operations include removing coatings from anchor bolts, freeing seized nuts, and removing tubes from tube sheets. The machine operates on 400V / 50 Hz / 32 amp with a frequency range of 20-60 kHz and is compatible with a wide range of induction rings from 60 to 200 mm. Also available as a sales item.
